The Warehouse Supervisor plans, organizes, and supervises the receiving, storage and internal movement of food products and packaging. The position is exempt from overtime and reports to the Plant Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years experience in a warehouse environment.
- Supervisor Experienced is a must.
- Maintains forklift certification.
- Knowledge of laws, codes, rules, policies and regulations relating to warehouse and vehicle operations.
- Knowledge of warehouse and distribution standards, procedures, practices and operations.
- Working knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Sound critical thinking, oral communication and math skills.
- Fluent command of English (speaking, understanding, writing). Spanish language skills a plus.
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds individually and heavier loads with a partner.
- Ability and willingness to work 95% of the day in a chilled seafood processing plant with inherent hazards such as knives, moving machinery, wet floors, noise, forklift traffic, CO2 refrigerants, etc.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
