Receiving Clerk:

Responsibilities:

· Assist Shipping and Receiving unloading trucks, checking in drivers, merchandise, and matching purchase orders to bill of lading.

· Move product from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated staging areas.

· Mark inbound product with identifying information using appropriate methods.

· Tracking Purchase Orders and Import data utilizing Microsoft Excel.

· Prepares bill of lading, shipping documents.

· Manage all inbound and outbound documentation.

· Operates forklift, and other lifting devices.

· Identify and report any maintenance issues on machines and equipment.

· Understand and follow the company inventory system.

· Complete all necessary reports and forms.

· Always maintain a safe, clean, and secure receiving area.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· 3 years minimum warehouse experience.

· At least 2 years prior forklift, pallet jack, hilo, reach truck experience.

· Professional interpersonal communication skills.

· Intermediate level understanding of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

· Ability to stand for 12 hours.

· Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively.

· Ability to read and/or interpret work instructions.

· RF Scanner experience a plus.

· Time management skills.

· Organizational skills.

· Ability to understand BOL and commercial invoices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.17 - $21.52 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
