Shipping and Receiving Clerk - 3rd Shift

Waterloo Warehousing and Service Co., Inc. is committed to being a world leader in the logistics management industry for both national and international markets. WWSC is looking for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk for our Waterloo locations.

The Shipping/Receiving Clerk will carry out the day-to-day duties of Shipping and Receiving material at the direction of the dock and location supervisor. You will be responsible for Shipping and Receiving material from multiple customers while verifying and documenting incoming freight. Additionally, clerks input items into multiple warehouse management systems and verify documentation for quality and accuracy on both inbound and outbound material. Other duties may be assigned as required. Requirements for this position include:

• Strong attention to detail/accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to be a strong team player
• Experienced with computer systems
• Experience with SAP is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and ability to change priorities quickly and remain positive
• Customer focused with strong aptitude for quickly learning part numbers and manufacturing processes

High School education is required. While the ideal candidate will have previous Shipping and Receiving experience in a fast paced environment, this is not required. WWSC offers a great wage/benefit package that includes: Competitive Salary
