Shipping and Receiving Associate

At our Olathe woodshop, we handcraft custom solid wood shelving and home decor sold via Etsy, Amazon, and our own website that gets shipped directly to each customer all across the US .

Shipping team members are responsible for carefully matching, wrapping, and boxing each order so our customers receive them quickly and undamaged, maintaining the individual and team quotas set for the day.

Additionally, shipping team members may assist in receiving deliveries and processing returns, and maintaining a weekly supplies inventory.

The Ideal Candidate:
-is extremely detail-oriented;
-is goal-oriented;
-has a positive attitude;
-is willing to cross-train in other areas of the shop when possible;
-is able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds and stand / walk most of shift;
-has reliable transportation;
-completes all scheduled shifts 7am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday.
**Attendance is vital to company success, as orders must be shipped each business day.**
