Shipper/Receiver Of Online Retail Site

Splashofpink.com is looking for someone to help grow their ecommerce site. Responsibilities include:

*Responsible for receiving in merchandise shipment, dealing with customer inquiries in regards to orders, locating stock, and packing items for shipment. You will act in a junior role and report directly to the Warehouse Manager. *Ensuring that customer's orders are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactorily manner. *Complete all aspects of E-Commerce order receipt, order preparation, and order fulfillment to the satisfaction of the customer.

Qualifications

*Exposure to warehouse physical storage operations. *Working knowledge of inventory management systems. *Ability to multitask. *High attention to detail. *Have a positive, growth mindset. *Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Participate in cross-training and continuous skill development. *Must be able to work Saturdays and after-hours during peak times (this is non-typical). *Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Mondays. Compensation is $18.00 - $20.00/hour.
