Qualities We Seek:
We're searching for an outgoing rockstar who is always eager to take initiative and build genuine connections with everyone they meet – patients, team members, you name it! You'll be punctual, customer-service oriented, and possess exceptional communication skills (both on the phone and in person, of course!).
Bonus points if you're a natural at multitasking, have an eye for detail, and love learning new things. (Don't worry, we'll provide comprehensive on-the-job training!)
What You'll Do:
- Be the smiling face of our practice, greeting and checking in patients with enthusiasm and warmth.
- Coordinate the hygiene schedule with precision and answer multi-line phones with professionalism and a positive spirit.
Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus, but not required.
