Shift Supervisor

Duties: - Supervise and lead a team of employees during assigned shifts - Ensure efficient and effective food production and handling processes - Manage inventory control and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels - Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards - Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Experience: - Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality management is preferred - Proven track record in team management and shift management - Strong knowledge of food production processes and food handling regulations - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Proficient in inventory control and ordering systems - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment We offer competitive pay rates based on experience.
