Your Role:
As a Shift Supervisor - Hospital Security Officer at DMAC, your pivotal role involves close collaboration with the security team and other hospital staff. You'll oversee site safety and security while managing key operational aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with Account Management: Work closely with DMAC Account Management to optimize staffing levels.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster a healthy relationship with clients through regular communication, promptly addressing their needs.
- Advisor to Clients: Act as a trusted advisor to DMAC clients, proactively addressing their concerns.
Operational Efficiency:
- Staffing and Scheduling: Assist in scheduling to ensure fair compensation and adequate staffing levels.
- Tracking and Training: Enhance tracking systems for personnel, training, and credentials. Play an active role in new hire training.
- Employee Management: Conduct performance reviews, address complaints, and implement corrective actions when needed. Provide guidance to subordinates.
- Equipment Maintenance: Organize equipment maintenance to support daily tasks.
- Task Organization: Schedule tasks based on operational requirements and personnel skill sets.
Other Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Coordination: Oversee security operations, managing personnel and resources effectively.
- Access Control and Vigilant Observation: Manage access control, stay vigilant for threats, and take appropriate action.
- Patrol and Response: Conduct patrols to ensure security and address issues promptly.
- Conflict Resolution and Emergency Response: Lead conflict de-escalation and swift responses to crises.
