ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Lead the operational supervision of Youth Care Workers, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and
- Provide on-site support to manage daily operations, address immediate issues, and ensure smooth shift
- Engage actively in the training and ongoing development of YCW staff, ensuring their readiness and
- Promptly address and resolve team conflicts, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.
- Maintain constant vigilance over program safety and security, addressing any concerns or issues
- Offer consistent support and mentorship to YCWs, enhancing their operational capabilities and confidence.
- Ensure all operations are in compliance with state regulations, ORR contractual requirements, licensing
- Take a leadership role in emergency situations to ensure the safety and well-being of youth and staff.
- Maintain a flexible and adaptable schedule, including on-call responsibilities, to provide unwavering
- Foster a strong team environment and actively coordinate and participate in educational events, recreational
- Remain adaptable, ready to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as required by changing program
- Seek out and implement ways to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year of supervisory experience or 3 years of progressive employment experience with a social services or
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Cleared tuberculosis test results.
- Cleared background checks from appropriate entities.
- Obtain and maintain First Aid Certification (CPR) and Level 1 fingerprint clearance card.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible to drive to facilitate program services as required.
- May lift and carry up to 10 pounds frequently, up to 20 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds infrequently.
- Performs tasks that may involve standing or walking 50% of the day; sitting 50% of the day.
- May bend, stoop, reach and grasp as necessary.
