POSITION TITLE: Shift Supervisor
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

M&M is seeking a motivated and passionate Shift Supervisor to join the Freddy's team. Within the Supervisor position you will enable top efficiency, mentor hot and cold line team members and manage the technical operations of Freddy's alongside the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the training of new Hot and Cold Line team members
• Assign daily line positions based on team member strengths for the best daily production
• Take customer orders and prepare food as needed to fill position gaps
• Assign additional cleaning tasks to team members to keep the location in clean operating order
• Properly resolve problems and troubleshoot Issues with minimal management direction
• Manage multiple projects as well as team members
• Balance registers at the end of each shift
• Maintain a positive and encouraging work environment
• Communicate safety expectations for team members and guests
• Advocate and assist guests requiring additional assistance using professional communication skills verbally and in written form
• Participate and engage team members in community events
• Perform other position duties when requested

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential duties
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs during the course of a workday

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• 2+ years' experience in a restaurant environment preferred
