Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and service
- Train and develop team members on proper food handling and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that arise
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area
- Schedule and supervise staff, including assigning tasks and managing breaks
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
- Knowledge of bartending and beverage service is a plus
