Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction
- Manage and train staff members, including scheduling and assigning tasks
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and ordering processes
- Proficiency in coffee making, bartending, or culinary skills is a plus
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food service management principles and practices
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
