- Assist the GM and AGM in managing daily restaurant operations
- Oversee crew members and ensure adherence to company policies
- Train and motivate team members to maximize their potential
- Maintain excellent customer service, quality, and cleanliness
- Lead by example and foster a positive team environment
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
