Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead and coach team members to deliver high-quality food and service that exceeds customer expectations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet demand.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Understanding of basic business and financial principles.
