Shift Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver high-quality food and service that exceeds customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet demand.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Understanding of basic business and financial principles.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
