Shift Leader Windsor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment and ensuring exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Manage and supervise the staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Assist in food preparation and service when needed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent shift management abilities, including scheduling and delegating tasks
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to make quick decisions
- Experience in cash handling and basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with hotel or food service operations is a plus
