Leadership:

i) Learn, model, coach and ensure BIGGBY operational systems are followed

ii) Effectively use the Biggby barista timeline to ensure smooth business operations

iii) Effectively use the Leadership Tools to ensure smooth business operations

iv) Promote a positive and healthy work environment through daily use of company best practices;

v) Assist other leaders to promote employee development and business growth

vi) Communicate openly and honestly with peers and leaders.

vii) Expected to help cover shifts as needed.

We are looking for people who bring an enthusiastic attitude and reliability every week. An appreciation for the value of each customer that stops by our store is mandatory. Several positions/roles available.
We make growth opportunities available and have seen many staff rise from baristas all the way to assistant manager and manager positions. All it takes is a great attitude and strong effort levels. We can train you to do the rest!

Perform model and teach BIGGBY processes and techniques involving:

• Cashier (suggestive selling; cash handling; order accuracy)
• Drink-making (use of espresso and other coffee equipment)
• Food production (preparing bagels and bagel sandwiches)
• Cleaning
• Safety procedures

Able to comfortably lift 30 lbs

Able to stand for duration of shift

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Must be at least 18 years old

Reliable transportation

Must work at least 5 shifts per week for a minimum of 35 hours per week

Prior food service leadership experience

Pay: $13 - $19 / hour
