General Responsibilities

• Uphold the Olmo Core Values and exemplify what it means to be a leader on Team Olmo
• Abide by and lead by example with Olmo Rules and Regulations
• Maintain a positive attitude / work environment for all staff.
• Oversight and execution of all fulfillment
• Complete all tasks and shift notes by the end of day (EOD)
• The EOD is defined as when the job is done
• Communication about timing of day and schedule can be done through the Director of your department
• All other special projects or duties as assigned

• Arrive on time ready to work for opening shift
• Lead the completion of Daily Task list - posted next to shop register
• The Daily Task list is a team project lead by the Shift Leaders
• Input and feedback about Daily Task list shared in daily 7shifts closeout message
• Cash management
• The drawer and petty get counted at the beginning of the day and end of the day
• Accountability of cash is a Shift Leader responsibility
• Communication with Kitchen Director about production and pars via 7shifts messaging
• Ordering needs added to “Ordering” thread
• Prep needs added to “Production” thread
• Accountability of upholding standards of quality, accuracy, wait times, and hospitality
• Follow and execute systems of the line to ensure better guest experience
• Full accountability for the actions of the staff before, during and after service while in the restaurant / on premises
• Winback / Ovation responses handled in a timely (4 hours) manner from any service you were a part of
• Communication of who answers the responses is done through the “Shift Leaders” thread on 7shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
