Shift Lead

All jobs have flexible hours from 15 hours to 40 hours per week, with flexible shifts. Pay is determined off of experience and availability.
Job Description:
- Focus on the preparation of high-quality food
- Focus on cleanliness and organization

- Excellent customer service and customer recovery
- Deliver genuine, authentic, and positive guest experiences, and service
- Provide hospitality towards all
- Cash management and order taking
- Mixing dough
- Balling dough
- Decorating cookies with frosting and more (easy to learn, and FUN)
- Running the register
- Preparing catering orders
- Stock bins
- Make necessary preparations for the day
Requirements:
- Stand 8-10 hrs straight
- Lift 50 lbs
- Handle repetitive hand, wrist, arm movements
- Saturday availability of at least 4 hours
- Holiday availability of at least 4 hours
- 18 years of age or older
- 2 years of restaurant experience
- 2 years of Shift Lead experience
