As a Sheet Metal Worker with B&C Sheet Metal, LLC., you will become part of a team of employees who are highly valued and skilled. We are a family owned and operated business dedicated to performing quality work and providing outstanding service to our customers. As a member of our team, you will plan, lay out, repair and build Sheet Metal products and parts. You will get to put your technical and mathematical skills to use operating tools and machines and taking measurements according to blueprints. Job Responsibilities

• Measure, mark dimensions and lay out material to be installed using tools such as scribes, rulers, calculators and squares
• Use of hand and power tools
• Ensure safety is a priority on the job during all activities, including using tools and installing and fabricating metal
• Understand and follow directions from assigned Foreman and/or mechanic on site

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift heavy materials and tools
• Excellent math skills
• Must pass drug screen
• Must sign with Union after 90 days if not already a member

Physical requirements:

• Required to be able to perform duties that involve various positions such as: standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, handling, climbing, stooping, etc.
• Required to lift, carry and maneuver material.

Must join Union after 90 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
