Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Designer and Fabricator specialized in the production of bumpers and truck accessories to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and fabricating custom bumpers, grille guards, and other truck accessories. This role involves working with various metals, tools, and machinery to create durable and visually appealing products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and fabricate custom bumpers, grille guards, and other truck accessories according to customer specifications.
• Interpret customer requests and translate them into detailed design plans.
• Select appropriate materials and tools for fabrication processes, ensuring high-quality and durability of finished products.
• Operate machinery such as shears, brakes, plasma cutters, and welding equipment to cut, bend, shape, and assemble Sheet Metal components.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications through thorough inspection and testing.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop new product designs and improve existing products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sheet Metal fabricator.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of Sheet Metal fabrication techniques and processes, including welding and metal finishing.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools, including shears, brakes, plasma cutters, and welding equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in fabrication and assembly.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the industry.
• Familiarity with different types of trucks and their accessories.
