Edgewater Federal Solutions is seeking a SharePoint Online Content Manager with Microsoft 365 expertise to join our Germantown, MD team. You will develop knowledge management solutions to enhance collaboration and information sharing for our federal customer.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, implement, and secure solutions in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 applications, and Power Platform.
- Manage and maintain multiple environments for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI workspaces.
- Manage site, document library, and list permission levels, and assist with migration of legacy documents.
- Act as a liaison between federal and contractor teams, coordinating information flow and implementing business processes.
- Troubleshoot issues, manage the configuration and content of office SharePoint sites and document libraries, and participate in activities to modernize and improve data/information processing.
- Oversee maintenance of SharePoint, customize sites for effective collaboration, create custom workflows, and ensure proper storage and population of documents/content.
- Conduct training sessions, maximize Microsoft 365 capabilities, and collaborate closely with staff, managers, and leaders to strategically plan, develop, analyze, and prioritize capabilities.
- Define business processes, assist in implementing Microsoft Teams, and consult with management to devise useful ways to apply Microsoft 365 to federal customer’s goals.
- Identify and escalate priority issues, ensuring responsible handling of confidential and sensitive company information.
- 1-3+ years of experience in SharePoint development, proficiency in Microsoft 365 environment, and understanding and use of Microsoft 365 Power Platform.
- Experience with SharePoint Online, including editing and creating content, and knowledge and experience of Content Management and SharePoint Metadata.
- Experience with using Microsoft 365 applications to create business solutions, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Ability to create, edit and modify graphics for websites using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Intermediate to expert level of knowledge on Section 508 guidelines, regulations, laws, and remediations procedures, and ability to create Section 508 compliant fillable forms in Adobe Acrobat DC.
- Customer service experience, ability to work with a team and collaborate, excellent communication skills, and an active security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Nice to have but not required: Experience with Power BI Paginated Reports, understanding of Microsoft Visual Basic and DAX expressions, and experience with Drupal.
