The Shared Services Specialist role is a hybrid position that supports on-site Airport Directors and the management team in financial operations and people-based initiatives.
Job Duties May Include:
- On-site administrator of financial reporting software (i.e., Crunch time, Lynx)
- Prepare and Enter deposits, reconcile vouchers, balance cash daily for all operating units.
- Collect cash deposits and vouchers from all operating units daily.
- Responsible for maintaining functionality of cash safe.
- Partial invoice booking with commissary manager.
- Order office supplies and other supplies.
- Work with new hires on the onboarding process.
- Signatory for SSP America at the airport to set up new employee airport credentials, parking, renewals, etc. and retrieve credentials upon termination.
- Order and distribute uniforms, safety PPE.
- Distribution of company announcements, schedules, etc...
- Other administrative tasks can be assigned
Other Skills and Requirements:
- Cash deposit experience/Cash handling.
- Minimum of three (2) years of administrative and/or financial experience
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
