Shared Services Assistant

This position is located in the Government Accountability Office, Infrastructure Operations, Shared Services and Property Branch. As a Shared Services Assistant you will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities and providing technical support to the Shared Services Manager and the leadership of the Infrastructure Operations Team.Qualifications: Minimum Qualification Requirements:
One year (52 Weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the AC-I or GS-7 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent. Specialized experience is experience (1) coordinating the receipt and distribution of mail for an organization; (2) printing and binding reports/documents into a finished product; (3) maintaining and tracking office supply usage; and (4) providing input for procedural improvements in Shared Services and mail areas.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
