The College of Education & Human Development (CEHD) is seeking to hire a Sponsor Funded - Project Directorto provide support to the Dean's Office at Georgia State University. The Project Director will manage the day-to-day operations of the PROPEL project grant. This will include liaising between the CEHD, partnership districts, and partner IHE. The Project Director will be the primary point of contact internally for the PIs, departments, and program faculty.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
The Project Director will work closely with the Business Manager to coordinate invoicing, financial reporting, and budget management. They will also work closely with the evaluation team to plan and implement data collection and dissemination efforts for the project outcomes. Finally, the Project Director will lead the initiatives and activities that align with the stated goals and objectives of the grant.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Event programming, coordination, and management of PROPEL project events.
- Collaborating with PROPEL Project PIs and Evaluation team to collect, manage, analyze, and disseminate data around all metrics and stated goals.
- Supporting program faculty, staff, and PIs in coordinating PROPEL project initiatives across stakeholders and partners.
- Conducting all administrative activities related to the PROPEL Project including management of websites, social media, and communication.
- Developing and facilitating organizational management for PROPEL project including the utilization of materials, implementation of policies, operational plans, and procedures that support goals and objectives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

***This is a regular, full-time position which involves on-campus and online duties, with job continuation dependent upon grant funding.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years of related experience, or a combination of education and related experience.
- Experience in P12 settings and/or understanding of P12 organizational structure
- Experience with planning events and/or educational outreach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
