Sewing Supervisor

```Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members. Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers - Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met - Train new employees on proper procedures and techniques - Assign tasks and provide guidance to team members - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement - Maintain a safe and clean work environment - Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to optimize production workflow - Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the production process Experience: - Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse setting - Strong knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques - Ability to operate sewing machines and fabricate garments - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Effective communication and leadership abilities - Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions If you are a motivated individual with a passion for garment construction and have previous supervisory experience, we encourage you to apply. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
