Job Title: Medical Records Clerk
Location: Fort Worth, TX - training on site then will move remote! MUST LIVE IN DFW AREA TO APPLY!

Schedule:
Training: in office for up to 1 week, 8am - 5pm
After training: Fully remote, shift can be 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
Job Description: The focus of this position will be to handle medical documents such as itemizations and records. Will be checking to make sure documents the client receives are completed, this will primarily include the UB/IB. Medical records or billing experience would be a bonus. Front end data entry position with emphasis on one specific client handling with various systems to multi-department end users.
Process claims while maintaining accuracy rate
Research documents that are needed in order to process claims
Ensure accurate and timely input of bill information which includes but is not limited to patient demographics, bill information, and general claim handling
Ability to ensure accuracy by providing quality control on each claim being processed
Flexibility to adapt in other roles for front end incoming; which does include but not limited to office mail handling
Effective and professional communication skills both in person and email
Any other tasks assigned to better unit workflow which includes the position itself for personal/career growth
Must have medical records experience
Requirements:
Be open to background check
Must have High School Diploma or GED
Good Data Entry skills
Good Computer Skills
Ability to navigate multiple monitors
