Settlement Processor, Part time, Remote position

Settlement company looking for experienced part-time Settlement Processor.

Physical office location is in Rockville Maryland.

Remote position, Monday – Friday, schedule to be discussed with owner, 20 - 25 hrs/wk

Requirements:

• Two (2) years, or more, of real estate settlement processing experience
• Processing experience for Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC
• Experience and complete working knowledge using Qualia.

· Work closely with attorneys, clients, agents and lenders to handle the operational and administrative requirements of taking a residential or commercial real estate settlement from start-to-finish.

· Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with new and existing clients.

· Detail orientated, have excellent customer service skills and a team player.

· Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

• Strong data entry skills and PC proficiency. Strong Math skills

Salary Commensurate With Experience.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends
