What we expect from you

As a Settlement Clerk, you will provide administrative support for various projects and programs, such as preparing documents, answering calls, filing, managing settlement payments, and assisting clients throughout the settlement process. You will also coordinate and monitor the progress of cases and resolve any issues or problems. You will communicate with relevant parties inside and outside the phase and work with department leaders to ensure customer service excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Comfortable with manager Data Entry tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; expertise in excel preferred
• Verify client detailed information and provide detailed updates to clients
• Adhere to proper phone etiquette to maintain professionalism.
• Maintain computer and manual filing systems
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Receive, sort and distribute the mail as needed
• Generating documents to submit to Insurance carriers, defendants, and/or clients
• Verify and confirm check amounts and details.
• Providing excellent customer service

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
