We are looking for a leader who is social, hospitable, and servant-hearted, loves people, has a "yes I can" attitude, is highly organized, can regularly schedule volunteers, can set up and tear down our mobile church, can recruit new volunteers, and is invested in the mission and vision of the local church. This job can be full-time or part-time, depending on the applicant's skillset, flexibility, and ministry interests.

Job requirements (Logistics):
- Set up and tear down every Sunday morning, including church lobby, connect table, hospitality area, and sanctuary (mobile church)
- Transport all necessary supplies every Sunday morning (tables, signs, coffee creamer, new member books, etc)
- Weekly scheduling of volunteers to set up, tear down, serve coffee and donuts, greet, security, serve communion, usher, etc.
- Scheduling of volunteers for all special events (worship night, community night, etc)
- Direct volunteers every Sunday for various roles
- Recruiting new Serving Teams volunteers
- Creating healthy rotation for volunteers
- Delegating and appointing team leaders for Serving Teams
- Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs
- Must attend in-person weekly staff meetings
- High organizational skills: time management, delegation, communication, goal setting, attention to detail, problem solving, collaboration, deadlines, and productivity
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience as a volunteer at a local church
- Experience with volunteer management
- Experience with Planning Center software

Pay: $25,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
