Description

Kentucky Dam Village State Resort Park, located on the beautiful Kentucky Lake, is seeking someone with a great "service attitude." We need the right person to join the team as a Serving Attendant in Harbor Lights Restaurant. This key position will take food & beverage orders, retrieve, and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to our guests, collect payments, work group events, and assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment.
Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Be friendly, greet guests, and have knowledge of the menu and park.
• Take guest orders and serve meals.
• Clean and prepare tables for guests.
• Prepare rolled silverware for each guest.
• Set up tables with linens if necessary for groups.
• Sweep and mop floors in dining room, service kitchens, and surrounding areas.
• Always remain professional and display a professional image through appearance and dress.

Probationary Period

This job has an initial and promotional probationary period of 6 months, except as provided in KRS 18A.111.
