Service/Shop Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule automotive service appointments for customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Communicate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, service history, and vehicle maintenance schedules

- MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND BE ABLE TO BE PUT ON OUR INSURANCE

- Collaborate with the service writing team to ensure accurate estimates and quotes for repairs
- Coordinate with auto body repair shops for any necessary repairs or maintenance

Skills:
- Automotive service knowledge, including oil changes, shocks/struts, and general mechanical knowledge
- Experience as a service technician or in a related role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and service technicians

- Have a good work ethic, be dependable and a good attitude in the work place
- Attention to detail to accurately record customer information and maintain service records
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
