Services and Process Integrator (Region Direct Support Team (DST)) NF-05

1. Work experience directing/managing one or more FMWR (Family, Moral, Welfare, Recreation) Program for a Garrison, or similar civilian community for at least one (1) year.
2. Knowledge of programming, planning, budgeting, and long-range planning.
HIGHLY PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in Department of Defense (DOD) Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) within the last three (3) years.
2. Demonstrated operational experience and knowledge of NAF Major Construction (NAFMC) guidance, procedures, and requirements.
3. Demonstrated operational experience and knowledge of Capital Purchase and Minor Construction (CPMC) guidance, procedures, and requirements.
4. Demonstrated competence in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
5. Demonstrated competence in MIS Application such as Financial Management Budgeting System (FMBS), Standard Management Information Reports for Finance (SMIRF), and Installation Management Employee Tracking System (IMETS).
6. Demonstrated competence in preparing reports and projections based on analysis, analyzing current and past financial data and performance, and identifying trends in financial performance.
7. Demonstrated work experience at an Installation Directorate or higher headquarters for at least one year.
