Savli Group LLC, a SilverEdge Company and Elite ServiceNow Partner, is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to join our team. This individual will be part of our ServiceNow Solutions team and will have a critical role in developing solutions for our Department of Defense (DoD) customers in the Intelligence Community (IC) sector.
You will work with existing team from concept to delivery. You will work closely with key stakeholders and end customers to translate requirements into specifications and eventually into ServiceNow solutions. You need to be a passionate and driven individual with a keen sense of solving problems.
Primary Duties:
- Work in a team environment to configure ServiceNow solutions.
- Interact with ServiceNow users.
- Participate in testing and review process.
- Translate requirements into solution features.
- Assist with Data and Process improvement activities.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Developer experience with ServiceNow.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
- High level knowledge of Network, Servers, and Security.
- Programming in JavaScript, Java, or Angular JS is a huge plus!
- Proficient in Oral Presentation and Written Communications skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with Peers, Project Leads, and Key Stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, effective Problem-Solving skills, and self-motivation expected.
- Exposure ITIL process is a strong plus.
Education and Experience:
- At least 2-5 years of experience in IT discipline with ServiceNow implementation experience

- Job Location: This position offers the flexibility of remote work, complemented by occasional travel for in-person meetings in the Fort Meade, MD locale for the enhancement of team collaboration and customer-engagement.
