KPMG is currently seeking a ServiceNow Product Manager - Source to Pay to join our Digital Nexus organization. This is a remote work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the responsibilities of a Product Owner including the technical consultation, configuration, development of stories based on user requirements and Agile Team delivery; provide subject matter expertise in ServiceNow S2P Products including but not limited to Procurement Case Management, Shopping HUB, Finance ERP Integration, Purchase Automation, Supplier Lifecycle Management and the Procurement Integration Framework
- Define Strategic, Sourcing & Procurement product requirements for current delivery and future planned releases based on the Product Manager roadmaps; configuration of modules for ongoing requirements from business and technology process owners across the organization
- Set up ServiceNow data integrations in lower environments and production environments across multiple systems that are internal to KPMG and also external services including other SaaS services; start from SNOW OOB instance, requirement gathering and then customize the instance as per Client need
- Lead ServiceNow implementation projects and oversee architectural design, while working directly with Leadership, Technology Risk, IT, and business to ensure project delivery is on track
- Manage requirements gathering, Agile User Stories, technical design, sprint sessions, testing, UAT and deployment; offer guidance to developers on ServiceNow configuration; give final QA reviews of all ServiceNow deliverables
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience in ServiceNow System Administration including design configuration, implementation, administration, List/Form/Navigation Updates, Workflows, Instance Patch Management, Creating Tables, Fields; experience with Agile software development and Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; certifications in one or more of the following is desired: Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Application Developer, Implementation Specialist (CSA, CAD, CIS); Certified Implementation Specialist – S2P; Industry Certifications for Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement
- Advanced functional and technical understanding of the ServiceNow Source to Pay best practices; understanding the Supply Chain Lifecyle from end to end; familiarity with CMDB data model enrichment and reporting
- Strong experience in process development and facilitating requirements for SNOW implementations; ServiceNow integration, automation, and workflows experience
- Experience in creation and modification of various Access Controls (ACL’s), Business Rules, Scripting, Ajax Query, Glide Scripting, Jelly Scripts, Java Scripting, UI Policies; solid experience with Service Portals (Widgets, Server Scripting, Client Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, Portal Configuration); ServiceNow version Upgrade experience; Tokyo, San Diego, Rome, Quebec, Paris, and Orlando
- Great communication skills, team player with the ability to drive processes and take active ownership of deliverables
