Responsibilities
- Manage a team of ServiceNow developers
- Help interpret requirements into deliverables
- Manage the full life cycle from requirements gathering to go-live
- Design and develop enhancements
- Identify, diagnose, research, track, and resolve technical issues
- Ability to create and develop dashboard reporting
Skills
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Jelly.
- Experience writing orchestration workflows
