Job Description
Responsibilities
· Design & Development: Architect, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
· Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and databases within the organization.
· Customization: Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
· Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for all code and configurations performed.
· Testing: Conduct unit tests and develop database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
· Problem-solving: Diagnose errors and bugs and implement solutions to these problems.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with IT staff, QA, and end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
· Project Management: Plan phases of the project lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
· Training: Train end-users and prepare user documentation as necessary.
· Compliance: Ensure compliance with the established architecture, standards, and practices.
· Process Improvement: Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to user interface, software architecture or new technologies.
Qualifications
Required
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Security, or related field.
· ServiceNow CSA certified.
· ServiceNow CIS-ITSM certified.
· ServiceNow Integration-Hub certified.
· ServiceNow Flow Designer certified.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
· Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Release Management, etc.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred
· Expert communicator with ability to engage different types of business users.
· Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
· Hands on experience in providing training for ServiceNow.
· Experience implementing ServiceNow HR related product vertical.
· Experience with integration with Active Directory services.
· Experience developing and integrating with APIs.
· Experience implementing ServiceNow PPM.
· Cybersecurity background.
· Experience with Agile development methodologies.
· Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
· Experience with ServiceNow workflow design.
