Servicenow Developer

Kolter Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Developer.
Location: Fully Remote
Job Description: As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet our organization's needs. You will work closely with our internal teams to understand requirements, customize ServiceNow applications, and ensure smooth integration with existing systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a solid understanding of ITIL principles, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Customize ServiceNow platform to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Implement and maintain integrations with third-party systems and applications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams during implementation and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and configurations.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with at least 5] years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, components, and modules.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.).
• ITIL Foundation certification or higher.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
