We’re seeking a future team member for the role of ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our Production Services Service Management team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Work closely with stakeholders and product management to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements
• Ensure quality delivery by working with development to ensure solutions meet the stakeholders’ requirements and are adequately tested by QA.
• Analysis new use cases and work with architecture on proof of concepts / solutions
• Ensure that management receives timely updates on assigned tasks to facilitate frequent and proactive customer communication.
• Contribute to the continual improvement of Service Management.  Work closely with stakeholders and product management to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience2+ years of experience in IT; at least 1 year IT Service Management role required; experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
• Knowledge / certifications of the ServiceNow Platform including:
  • GRC/IRM (Issues Mgmt., Risk Events, RSCA)
  • ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
  • Security Operations (Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Mgmt.) CMDB / CSDM, Service Catalog, Service Portal
• 2+ years previous Business Analysis experience working with enterprise application(s)
• Excellent communication skills & the ability to develop clear written materials.
• Ability to articulate product strategy, roadmaps, vision to senior leadership to reach consensus.
• Ideally having experience working in Agile SLDC preferably with Product Owner role
• Preferably ServiceNow Fundamentals/Admin Certification and Knowledge of xMatters notification platform
• Good understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL v3 or v4 knowledge)
• Ability to manage vendor relationships.
• UI / User Experience
