Overview
Conexess Group is aiding a well-known healthcare client in the Nashville area in their search for ServiceNow Business Analyst. This person will be asked to come in office 2 days a week with some remote flexibility. This is an immediate, long term need and we are currently accepting candidates that are eligible to work on W2 status.
Summary
The Business Analyst is responsible for the definition of business and technical requirements, facilitation of technical design, requirements management, and facilitation of end user testing for IT projects. This person will work with stakeholders to develop project requirements and user acceptance test plans. They will be asked to use business analysis skills to define project requirements, facilitate technical design documentation, and create end user testing plans. Will be responsible for ensuring that project requirements are documented, prioritized, tested, and delivered so that projects are successful. Ensures effective communications and relationships between internal customers, stakeholders, sponsors and project team members are maintained.
Daily Responsiblities:
- Serves as a senior BA on several projects that are currently in flight.
- Will ideally possess skills with ServiceNow and some reporting tools within ServiceNow.
- Works with sponsors and stakeholders to develop project requirements and design.
- Creates and facilitates execution of end user acceptance test (UAT) plans.
- Maintains effective communication and working relationships with project stakeholders and project team members, communicating status, progress and issues within the team as well as to project sponsors and upper management as needed.
- Creates cost/benefit analyses for projects as needed.
- Facilitates documentation and integration of policies and processes for IT projects in relation to hardware, software, facility, or service programs.
- Prepares and presents oral and/or written technical reports and project presentations as needed.
- College degree or equivalent experience
- IIBA Certification or open to pursuing certification
- Proven experience juggling multiple projects/work concurrently
- Experience with ServiceNow is required*
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work professionally and ask detailed questions to facilitate solutions and meet project timelines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external
- Exercises sound judgment in responding to inquiries; understands when to route inquiries to next level
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail
- Capable of working within established policies, procedures and practices prescribed by the organization
- English skills sufficient to provide and receive instructions/directions
- Experience working under hard deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
