Are you ready to leave the doldrums of cold and cloudy winter "up north" so you can enjoy wearing shorts and flip-flops all year long?  Kegman, a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business headquartered in Melbourne, Florida is seeking a motivated and experienced ServiceNow Application Administrator to join our team in supporting our nation's nuclear deterrence and treaty monitoring mission at the Air Force Technical Applications Center (AFTAC) located along the sandy beaches of America's historic space coast .  As a ServiceNow administrator, you will be responsible for performing system administration and configuration of the ServiceNow platform on multiple networks for our customer. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and administer the ServiceNow platform, including user access, system configuration, and data management
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and business rules to support IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Agent Client Collector (ACC) processes and requirements
  • Monitor system health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the overall stability of the platform
  • Package enhancements for testing
  • Build, manage and maintain Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
  • Provide program manager with monthly status reports
  • Provide program manager with technical reports and presentation materials when required
  • Support/Provide desk-side ServiceNow training to supported personnel

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow platform development and/or administration on ITOM processes and solutions
  • Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, configurations, and development
  • Proficiency in configuring ServiceNow interfaces with LDAP, SSO, SAML, and similar technologies
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow service catalog, work management, property management, and other core modules
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication (written & oral) skills
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 products [Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.]
  • Strong core values and an optimistic outlook with strong leadership, teamwork and customer relations skills

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • ServiceNow certification(s) (Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer)
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for scripting and UI customization

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Associates + 5-10 yrs or Bachelors + 3 yrs experience in information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

OTHER:

  • Must pass drug test
  • Must be U.S. citizen
  • Must have a fully adjudicated U.S. Government/DoD security clearance
  • This job has no remote work options.
  • No relocation allowance provided.
