Servicenow Ai Architect #1123

We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect, who can interact effectively with Client executives to own RFPs, define and manage requirements, lead requirements track with techno functional capability and work with multidisciplinary teams in large digital transformation programs to deliver ServiceNow projects.
This position will primarily be responsible to interface with key stakeholders; apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; to deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 7 years of experience in working with Deep understanding of ITIL/ITSM, CMDB, FSM (Field Service Management), GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance), ITOM (IT Operations Management), Asset Management, Integration hub with hands on experience of working across multiple integrations.
• Experience with Vancouver Release 
  
• Experience with SNOW Pro and Enterprise Plus licensing and features
• Experience with SNOW Pro / Enterprise Plus AI features and/or planning around SNOW AI
• Experience with SNOW Pro / Enterprise Plus License Planning and Usage
• Experience with planning and utilization of SNOW SNOW Pro / Enterprise Plus"Assists" (SNOW AI Consumption Based License model)

Preferred Qualifications:

• A fundamental understanding of Servicenow modules, integration hub and hands on experiences with Servicenow integrations (OOTB, Custom) with third party applications
• Represent Scicom in customer RFPs, build Servicenow Solutions that are adhering to the best practices
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules and configure Application UI and Configure Workflow
• Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow consultants to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests, guide them achieve customer requirements and ensure compliances to the best practices
• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system
• Business, IT Stakeholders & Vendor Management Skill
• Good experience in Agile way of working (Scrum, User Story, Sprint model), JIRA & Confluence tools
• Analyze the problem faced by the customer, participates in discussions with customer stakeholders to understand the problem, gather further data as required from the customer to define and document the problem and requirements
• Candidate should possess Good Communication & Client- interfacing skills. He should have cross-cultural working experience and should be able to work with multinational clients independently
• Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary
