Service/Assembly Associate

I. Importance of this Job
This job serves our Service Department by being a dependable member of our team. They are a hard worker that is not afraid to tackle tough jobs or work long hours when needed. II. General Requirements
· Knowledge of the bulk material conveying system is a plus.
· Able to assemble parts
· Mechanically inclined
· Organization a must
· Maintain a clean work environment
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during assembly
· Must be able to read, write, complete time logs, complete job logs
· High School diploma or equivalent minimum requirement
· Maintain superior customer service relations
· General hours are 7am to 4pm M-F with a lunch
·
· Familiar with OSHA standards
· Clean driving record
III. Specific responsibilities
· Forklift driver required, or willing to learn
· Welding is a plus (Stick welding), or willing to learn
· Some travel may be requested of this position. Our Service Team works all over the U.S., this position will, on occasion, be requested to go on a job site.
· Driving locally to pickup or deliver items; this may require pulling a trailer at times.
· We do many jobs during company shut-downs and may be requested to work weekends and holidays. Sundays and Holidays are currently paid at Double Time Rate
· Assembly- preparing work to be assembled, reviewing drawings, use of hand tools, power tools
· Overtime is required during busy times
· Load/Unload trucks of material
· Maintain Inventory, nuts/bolts/idlers/other components
· Prepare material for shipment
· Required to lift/push/pull at least 100 lbs.
· Ability to read blueprint/drawings a plus
· Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
· Able to use a computer
· May be asked to arrange for freight
· Shipping/Receiving
· Work alongside Project Managers

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.08 - $20.57 per hour
