Salary- Duties
- Schedule all service work and make work orders
- Take all service requests from salesman and customers
- Greet Customers and assist with unloading/unloading machines
- Schedule service appointments and communicate service timelines to customers
- Maintain accurate service records and customer information
- Answer telephone and direct calls to appropriate departments
- Verify parts are entered properly on service orders
- Bill work orders on services performed
- Assist parts department, look up parts
- Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lift/carry 40 or more pounds
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Occasionally exposed to weather conditions, fumes, and loud noises
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to operate equipment
- Skills:
- Ability to use standard desktop application such as Microsoft Office and Internet
platforms
- Knowledge with lawn and farm equipment a plus
- Strong customer service skills are essential for this role
