Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and replace equipment
Run cat5, cat6, network, wiring
fiber runs
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or malfunctions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with equipment and systems.

- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with various tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems, appliance repair, and ammonia refrigeration is preferred.
- Experience in equipment repair and property maintenance is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
This position requires a Service Technician who can maintain, repair, and troubleshoot various types of equipment. The technician will be responsible for conducting regular inspections, diagnosing issues, completing repairs, and maintaining accurate records. Strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of air conditioning systems, appliance repair, ammonia refrigeration experience, and property maintenance skills are preferred. The technician must also have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a valid driver's license.
