Wage: $20 to $25 per hour, depends on experience
Shift: 7am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, possibly Saturday for overtime

Job Summary:
The Service Technician is responsible for performing heavy cleaning duties, such as pressure washing commercial and residential buildings, decks, roofs, and concrete. Snow removal of driveways, parking lots, and sidewalks. Gutter and exterior window cleaning.
Duties:
- Drive company vehicle to work site.
- Load and unload company vehicle.
- Select equipment, materials, and supplies for cleaning activities.
- Operate company vehicle and snowplow to remove snow from driveways and parking lots.
- Fill up company vehicle with gas using company credit card.
- Operate a commercial pressure washer to pressure wash exterior of commercial and residential buildings, decks, roofs, and concrete.
- Utilize ladders when necessary.
- Prepare chemicals for work application.
- Maintain equipment to ensure proper function.
- Wash windows and clean gutters of commercial and residential buildings.
- Adhere to all safety protocols.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Operate gas snow blower or hand shovel to remove snow from driveways, parking lots, and sidewalks.
