Job Description:
As a Service Technician, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our patients and maintaining our standards of excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Complying with company policies and procedures.
- Managing territory efficiently to meet service goals and deliver equipment as per regulations.
- Educating patients on equipment usage and maintenance.
- Processing orders accurately and promptly.
- Promoting services and products to relevant referral sources.
- Maintaining home oxygen systems and performing equipment setups.
- Addressing emergency patient equipment problems.
- Assisting in implementing quality improvement programs.
- Keeping accurate records and logs as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Valid driver's license and medical certification.
- Good driving record.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferably, previous experience or training in home medical equipment.
