Service Technician

Aegis Worldwide is seeking a junior Service Technician coming from an electro-mechanical background. This is a perfect fit for new graduates or associates in the automation or industrial space.
Responsibilities:

• Travel to go onsite with customers and service equipment/machinery
• In-house repairs.
• Reaching out to customers and reminding them of when spare parts are needed.
• Writing technical documents.
• Using lab equipment to process samples.
• Shipping & receiving
• Light inventory.
• Technical support.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED - (Associates/Bachelors is a Plus)
• Experience working with electronics in an industrial environment.
• Industrial controls, automation, robotics, relays, and machinery.
• Communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 35%of the time
• Passport
