Position Overview
This position provides field service, training and technical support of company products sold by the
Company, including, but not limited to, central irrigation control systems, prefabricated pump stations,
satellite/controller assemblies, solar power systems, fertilizer injection and filtration systems
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Diagnose and repair problems and certifies products sold by the Company within area of
  expertise
• Collect irrigation system and Global Positioning System (GPS) data
• System troubleshooting of both hardwired and wireless systems
• Provide training on basic equipment
• Complete documentation and sends invoices for customer service and repair jobs upon completion
• Participate with sales personnel in product demonstrations

Skills We Are Seeking
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Computer skills - Excel, Word, Outlook
• Knowledge of sales management and managing personnel
• Strong knowledge of nursery products
• Must have a positive attitude

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Associates degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Three years of experience conducting field troubleshooting, repairs and/or installation of commercial/municipal irrigation control equipment
• Possess mechanical skills
• Must be computer literate and have good communications skills.
• Knowledgeable of central irrigation
