Service Repair Technician

Full Job Description

Service Repair Technician - *This is a full-time position
We're looking for self-sufficient/motivated individuals to join our team as Service Repair Technicians. Candidates must be able to provide excellent customer service, possess a strong work ethic, be highly adaptable, detailed oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities include:

- Must be able to troubleshoot fan control circuits, frequency drives, and AC motors.

- Light sheet metal duties.

- Be able to learn the art of air balance and load calculations for the commercial exhaust hood industry

- Uploading before and after pictures of every job to our company software program

- Document any deficiencies per location in the company software program

- Install of belts, hinges, grease boxes, globes, and filters as needed.
- Communicating effectively with customers and other team members

Requirements:

- Must possess valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds
- Able to climb up/down a ladder
- Willing to work nights (This job is 1st shift, but occasional 2nd or 3rd shift service calls will be required)

- Ability to operate iPhone/iPad to complete schedule, fill out paper work, etc.

- HVAC and Electrical Experience preferred

Schedule:

• 1st shift Monday – Friday
• Occasional 2nd or 3rd shift and out of town work

Supplemental Pay:

• Holiday Pay after 1 year
• Vacation Pay after 1 year
• Sick Pay after 1 year
• Bonus Pay

Ability to commute:

• Ability to Commute to Main Office for schedule, supplies, and to pick-up work vehicle (Company provides work vehicle with all supplies necessary to complete work)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
