**Key Responsibilities:**

- Uphold the cleanliness and organization of the service area, fostering a safe and welcoming environment for both team members and customers.

- Assist service technicians by moving motorcycles in and out of the service area efficiently.

- Conduct initial assessments of motorcycles for service, identifying and reporting any apparent issues to service advisors.

- Support basic maintenance tasks and inventory management efforts within the service department.

- Engage with our customers, ensuring their service experience is seamless and exceeds expectations.

- Adhere to all dealership policies and contribute to the team's success through proactive collaboration and a positive attitude.

- Perform other duties as necessary to support the service department and ensure a positive customer experience.

**We're Looking For Someone Who:**

- Has a high school diploma or equivalent; experience in automotive or motorcycle service environments is a plus.

- Possesses a valid driver's license with a clean driving record; motorcycle endorsement preferred.

- Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through on tasks.

- Shows excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

- Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
